Why should I register a Fingerprint account?

Because it’s more than just fun and games! Once you register an account, you have access to the following features:

  • Parent – child messaging (Mom-com)
  • Progress tracking
  • Sharing with family
  • Support for multiple kids
  • Personalized app recommendations
You can register your Fingerprint account through any of our Fingerprint apps on your device.


Which devices / platforms do Fingerprint Apps work on?

Currently our apps support iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad devices running iOS 6.0 or later. Some apps only run on iPads. Please check each app individually in the Apple App store to make sure. We also support other platforms, including Android devices running 4.x and up.


Where do I submit an app idea?

Can I use my apps on all of my devices?

You can use Fingerprint apps on any devices that share the same Apple ID or iTunes account. If you would like to use the platform features, including messaging and progress tracking, you have to create a Fingerprint account.


I forgot my username or password. How do I get it back?

Email and we can help you get you logged in!


What do I do if I’m having a problem with a Fingerprint App?

Email with the name of the app, your device, and any issues.
